1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on SMMPlugin.com or using any part of the SMMPlugin platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

SMMPlugin provides a cloud-based platform that connects WooCommerce stores to SMM (Social Media Marketing) panels for automated order processing. The service includes the account dashboard, the WordPress connector plugin, and the order routing API.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SMMPlugin. By using the service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use any SMM panel API credentials you enter.

4. Plans and billing

Free plan: Available at no cost with the features described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan features with reasonable notice.

Ultra plan: Billed monthly at the rate shown at time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Share your API key with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
• Use the service to process orders for services that violate the SMM panel's own terms
• Resell access to SMMPlugin without our written consent

6. SMM panel services

SMMPlugin routes orders to SMM panels based on your configuration. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or availability of SMM services provided by third-party panels. Any disputes about delivered services must be resolved directly with the relevant SMM panel.

7. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMPlugin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost orders, or damages caused by third-party SMM panels.

9. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
